Overview

Description:

The Adams Conservation District administers a cost share program funded by the Washington State Conservation Commission. Some examples of projects either funded or currently in consideration of funding are:
- Pumping plant upgrades
- Livestock fencing
- Solar livestock watering facilities
- Windbreaks

Eligibility:

Requirements vary per project.

Financial benefit: 

Funding amounts vary from $1,000 up to $100,000, depending on the funding source, to help cooperators improve their farm and better conserve our natural resources. All projects must be designed to meet NRCS standards and specifications. ACD will pay up to 75% of project costs.
