Tualatin SWCD's tool loan program helps residents pursue conservation projects by making specialized equipment easily available.

Overview

Description:

We loan small farm equipment, including a no-till drill and manure spreader. We loan weed-removal tools and provide basic instructions for use for removal of small invasive trees and woody shrubs, including Scotch broom, English hawthorn and English holly. We have bareroot planting shovels and hip sacks available for the winter planting season, and can provide basic training on how to plant bareroot trees and shrubs.
