Overview

Description:

To address water quality issues caused by soil erosion, The Pend Oreille Conservation District is working with partners to offer technical and financial resources for landowners to implement approved best management practices. A variety of agencies have come together to financially support various forms of shoreline restoration projects from restoration planting, erosion control, natural resource investment, and water quality improvements. The program also shares assistance with permitting, planning, and education required to complete their projects.

Eligibility:

Your property must be located in a hazardous erosion zone per the Public Utilities District map for details.
