Clark Conservation District, in partnership with local, state, and federal agencies, provides technical assistance and project funding to landowners with livestock or septic systems to ensure fecal matter remains clear of waterways. The project provides funds for septic system inspection, repair and replacement and livestock best management practices. Interested residents are encouraged to participate.
