Overview
Description:
Any land area, the preservation of which, would conserve and enhance ecologically sensitive land, protect streams, wetlands or water supplies, enhance recreational areas, etc. for the enjoyment of the people. Also, any land meeting the definition of "farm and agricultural conservation land", which means either land previously receiving the farm and agriculture exemption that no longer meets the criteria or a "traditional farm" that has a high potential of returning to a commercial farm.
