Overview

Description:

Willing property owners make salmon enhancement possible! Without cooperative landowners to lead the way there would be no opportunities for salmon restoration activities in our watersheds.

SFEG works with local landowners who are interested in protecting salmon resources to implement restoration projects on their property in a non-regulatory fashion. Our assistance is often free and landowner participation is completely voluntary. If you have salmon habitat on your property that you want to restore or protect, please contact the Skagit Fisheries Enhancement Group. They will help identify, guide, and potentially fund riparian restoration projects on your property.

Eligibility:

None required

Financial benefit:

The restoration cost varies per project size.
