Overview

Description:

One way JSWCD helps community members put conservation-related projects on the ground is through grant funding. JSWCD has a limited pool of funds to help support qualifying projects across the county (conservation and education projects). JSWCD staff members also apply for external grants, often in partnership with other organizations, to provide access to more funds for conservation projects in the county.

JSWCD offers grants for natural resource conservation projects and education projects. JSWCD's education grant program provides funding for natural resource education projects in Jackson County undertaken by government organizations, nonprofits, Tribes, and educational institutions. JSWCD also offers rebate programs: smaller-scale natural resource conservation grants. Learn more about our education grants and rebate programs at the pages on our website.

Eligibility:

Must reside within the Jackson SWCD boundary.

Financial benefit:

Financial benefits vary per project and funding source.
