Integrating conservation practices with livestock operations is a great way to improve a project’s opportunity for funding. If you have a project idea, we can help you plan for success!
It starts with an idea, but even a good idea must be planned for optimal competitiveness when pursuing grant dollars or government funding. If you have a project idea, integrating your idea with conservation practices and then planning for their implementation can give your proposal the edge toward being funded. Plans often include elements such as:
- offsite watering facilities
- planned/rotational grazing
- stream exclusion fencing
- herbicide application
- riparian enhancements
...and more!
